Fitzroy Gasworks Parcel B&C
Precast estimating for a major multi-building development comprising more than 10 buildings, with further stages to come.
The package includes nearly 8,000 precast elements and over 70,000 m² of precast concrete.
The scope includes brick inlay panels, formliner finishes, coloured oxide concrete, curved panels and customised moulds for panel manufacturing
Precast Installation Takeoff
DV Construction completed the precast installation takeoff for approximately 800 precast elements, including wall panels and columns.
The installation scope included:

Grout tube grouting
Stitch plate patching
Internal, external and horizontal caulking
Plate supply and welding
EWP allowances
Franna crane allowance for panel rotation

DV Construction provided post-tensioning estimating, design and coordination support for the tender and construction process
The project comprises 18 post-tensioned levels with approximately 11,000 m² of PT floor area
